Traditional Ibizan cuisine, in a historic restaurant
Ca n’Alfredo is one of the classics as far as Ibizan gastronomy goes. An establishment with a long history, which was founded in 1934 by a family of Jewish immigrants fleeing Nazi Germany. Since 1942 it’s been in the hands of the Riera family, offering traditional dishes with the best ingredients from the island. It’s terrace is also one of the oldest on Passeg de Vara de Rey.
